Interactive Workshop: One day

Interactive Workshops provide leaders with in-depth knowledge, practical skills, and creative tools necessary to integrate the powerful ideas found in Barbara’s book, The Napkin, the Melon & the Monkey, into their organization. Barbara’s workshops utilize group discussions, storytelling and exercises using real-life situations to create a supportive learning experience that builds skills and confidence. Participants learn to facilitate staff and team meetings to engage employees in “conversations that matter.” They learn to use new tools to improve team performance by helping employees respect and trust each other, pool their talents to achieve goals and assume personal responsibility for outcomes.
