- The Leader and the participants read the modern-day fable, The Napkin, The Melon & The Monkey.
- Participants come to the meeting having selected one of the 22 Aha!s as their favorite.
- Participants “adopt” their favorite Aha! as their Personal Aha! and share their reasons for selecting it.
- Participants write their Personal Aha! on the Aha! Card – suitable for posting in their work area.
- The Leader facilitates a discussion about the positive benefits that come from applying their Personal Aha!
- Participants complete the Aha! Intention Card.
- The Leader and the participants discuss strategies for helping each other fulfill their individual intentions.
