Description of the Group Activity — step-by-step

  1. The Leader and the participants read the modern-day fable, The Napkin, The Melon & The Monkey.
  2. Participants come to the meeting having selected one of the 22 Aha!s as their favorite.
  3. Participants “adopt” their favorite Aha! as their Personal Aha! and share their reasons for selecting it.
  4. Participants write their Personal Aha! on the Aha! Card – suitable for posting in their work area.
  5. The Leader facilitates a discussion about the positive benefits that come from applying their Personal Aha!
  6. Participants complete the Aha! Intention Card.
  7. The Leader and the participants discuss strategies for helping each other fulfill their individual intentions.
